Amatrice (pronounced Am-uh-tree-chay!) serves up modern-Italian cuisine and conviviality from a Rooftop Restaurant on the tenth floor with breathtaking views across Melbourne, while the sublime Milanese style Caffe Amatrice sits on the ground floor serving up Melbourne's finest coffee, focaccias and salads.
