Amatrice celebrates all things pasta, the menu draws inspiration from various Italian regions and traditions. The menu is split between egg pasta dishes paired with classic sauces, as is typically the done thing in Rome. As our venue name suggests, one of our signatures is our take on the iconic sugo all’Amatriciana.
