Restaurant Menu
Amatrice celebrates all things pasta, the menu draws inspiration from various Italian regions and traditions. The menu is split between egg pasta dishes paired with classic sauces, as is typically the done thing in Rome. As our venue name suggests, one of our signatures is our take on the iconic sugo all’Amatriciana.
“Our egg pasta is the hero dish. We source it from the Italian village of Campofilone, the only certified egg pasta in the world - it’s the Champagne of pastas if you will. Its got the highest egg ratio to any other pasta.”
